There’s something so comforting about quiet mornings — a warm cup of coffee in hand, God’s Word open before me, and the soft colors of fall surrounding my heart and home. These are the moments that ground me, fill me with peace, and remind me that no matter what each day holds — the good and the hard — God knows, and He has me.

ā€œTrust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him,and He will make straight your pathsā€¦ā€ā€” Proverbs 3:5-8

These verses have been such a steady anchor for my soul. They whisper truth into the uncertain places and remind me to release my need for control. God’s Word is life-giving — it brings joy to my spirit, confidence to my steps, and healing to my heart. I don’t have to figure everything out. I just need to trust Him.

And while I’m soaking in His promises, I’ve been having so much fun creating fall art — scarecrows, pumpkins, cornfields, and all the beautiful colors of the season. šŸ‚ This little scarecrow has quickly become one of my favorites! There’s just something about the joy of creativity paired with the truth of Scripture that makes my heart feel full.

Today, I’m grateful for God’s Word — for the way it refreshes my soul, reminds me that I’m never alone, and guides me with wisdom far beyond my own understanding. And I’m grateful for the simple joys He weaves into my days… like coffee with Jesus and a bit of fall whimsy.

šŸ’› Reflection

How has God’s Word brought peace or direction to your life lately? Maybe today is a perfect day to sit with your Bible and a warm cup of something cozy — and let His promises refresh your heart.
