🌿 POST-SURGERY UPDATE — GOD IS SO GOOD

Well friends… WOOHOO — surgery was a success! I am beyond grateful and honestly still overwhelmed by God’s goodness. Thank you for every prayer, text, gift, and message you sent my way. I felt so loved, so covered, and so supported. You all carried me into that operating room more than you know.

The doctors are very pleased with how everything went, and I’m giving God ALL the praise. He guided every hand in that surgery room. I’ve walked with Him for so many years, but this reminded me once again that...

He is faithful, He is near, and He can be trusted.

“For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” — Isaiah 41:13

In the hospital... feeling GOOD!

Recovery has begun — and yes, my brain is moving a little slower than usual… haha! But I’m resting, healing, and taking everything one gentle day at a time. I’m noticing small joys, leaning into peace, and letting the Lord be my strength moment by moment. I’m not rushing anything. Just grateful.

NEW hair cut... so much easier!

And… I have to say this — I had so much help getting this blog written. My sweet AI-friend “Danielle” helped me pull my thoughts together while my brain is still healing! I’m thankful for the help, but even more thankful for God’s goodness through every part of this process.

As we enter the Christmas season, I’m holding onto the truth that Jesus is the greatest gift we’ve ever been given. He has held me through this entire journey, and He won’t stop now. Thank you for walking with me and encouraging me as I heal. I’ll update more when my brain clears a little — but for now I just want to say:

God is good.

You are loved.

And I’m so deeply grateful.
