Capturing Beauty in Every Season

There’s something magical about the way God weaves together the ordinary and the extraordinary — like a vintage camera crowned with butterfly wings. When I created this image, I couldn’t help but smile. It felt like a snapshot of my soul.

I’ve always loved cameras. They hold still the moments we never want to forget. A look. A light. A tiny detail that would’ve otherwise slipped by. Photography has become more than a hobby for me — it’s worship. A way to pause and whisper, “Thank You, Lord, for letting me see this.”

And then there’s the butterfly.

Oh, how I adore butterflies — symbols of transformation, beauty, and the freedom we find when we let go and trust God's process. Pair it with a camera and blooms bursting from the corners? Yep… that’s my happy place!

This season of my life feels like this photo: a beautiful merging of passion, peace, and purpose. I’ve slowed down enough to see things I used to rush past — the gentle colors in a flower, the way sunlight dances through the trees, the stillness of God's whisper. I’ve learned that sometimes, slowing down is the best way to speed up the soul.

So today, I’m capturing the moment — not just with a lens, but with my heart.

✨The camera reminds me to keep looking for beauty.

🦋The butterfly reminds me to embrace change.

🌸The flowers remind me that life continues to bloom — even after long winters.

And God? He is in every frame.

“He has made everything beautiful in its time.” — Ecclesiastes 3:11
